I spent over a decade in nonprofit leadership. Building campaigns. Running fundraising initiatives. Crafting messages that moved people to action. Designing systems that kept complex organizations running.
Then I got laid off. Twice.
After the second layoff, something shifted. I was done building someone else's infrastructure. I took every skill I'd built (relationship building, strategic communications, campaign creation, program management, donor cultivation) and pointed it at something I believed in completely: building the marketing and operational infrastructure that lets founders grow without everything running through them.
When my son Frank arrived in 2024, the clarity sharpened. I wasn't only building a business. I was designing a life where meaningful work and intentional living don't compete. They integrate.
